Since a GTX 970 is almost as strong as an RX580, I don't think so.

I have an Rx580 8Gb, which is also one of the fastest models, and could possibly play at 90 FPS.

100 FPS will be difficult.

1080p clearly NO

Of course also CPU dependent and RAM.

Little RAM and bad CPU not even the 720p over 100FPS
