Fortnite (pc) does my hardware fit?

I got an old PC for free i5 4400 + 4 GB ram + gtx 650

I would like to play Fortnite smoothly with as little money as possible. The most important thing for me is visibility!

I would get 16 GB RAM 1600 MHz for 30 euro and a gtx 1050ti for 80 euro

The cpu can't be overclocked because the housing does not allow space for a cooler
