I have a problem!
I don't have any Fps Drops ingame, but it feels pretty fluid when gaming. I have a 144Hz monitor, set in Fortnite 160Fps and VSync off.

and that is exactly the problem and that is exactly what monitors with different Hz rates were made for! Everything that is displayed over 144hz in your case feels spongy and there are FPS drops, which is why there are also so-called Freesync Vsync and Gsync!
Not helpful even if I don't like the game.
So what do you recommend me exactly?
Switch on Vsync or use Gsync or Freesync! What monitor do you have can you give me the model number?
Which graphics card is used?
