I have the following problem in Windows 10:

for example, if I have a window open on my secondary monitor and, for example, Yt look or the like and I then on my primary monitor a game in z.b. Starting Fortnite or apex in full-screen mode will automatically move all the windows to the primary monitor and the secondary screen will turn black for 5 -15 seconds and then just pop up my desktop. When I get out of there to push the windows right again, everyone is back in the right place. If I go back to play everything starts again from the beginning.
I would be glad if someone knows how to continue.

Windows already has some annoying peculiarities.
Here is the problem that always the last loaded program steals the focus of the currently active program. (And so logically on Fortnite & Co interrupts.

If you find a solution for it would be cool - I've been looking for since Windows Vista.

But maybe the https://github.com/...s/releases could help you further.
With the function "FancyZone" screen layouts can be designed and saved.
However, I have not tried that yet - and so I do not know if the respective program windows remember their place beyond a reboot.
They are free and try to study… I would test it.
