I'm 12 years old and I want to flush Fortnite but my parents say it is addictive and not good for me. Sure it's addictive but I really want to play it. Do you have an idea how I can persuade my parents?

Well you can do little, are not really good points that could be called in such video games. Maybe that you help them more or something, if you can gamble it.

Basically, you should, as far as I know, Fortnite is from 12. It would be a possibility that your parents would look over your shoulder while you play a few rounds. We don't have to fool ourselves, besides all missions etc. Fortnite is in the broadest sense a "shooting game" - you kill people, if not as bloody as in GTA. Explain to them that strategy, team, and fun are also important. You could agree on seasons (only x hours a day), maybe you can calm them down a bit and prevent the feared "addiction".
