I want a gaming pc and what arguments are best to persuade my parents to either the problem that the parents do not allow it or you can't afford it. But you can also pay monthly so this is a bigger problem if the parents do not allow it and i only had a laptop where i had always gambled fortnite and would like to be a pro but my sister has taken it away for important purposes and now i'm getting worse in fortnite if i have a gaming pc the problem is solved How can I best persuade my parents to know you really very good arguments?
A normal PC would do it too. And on installments (pay monthly) you should never pay anything. This is always unpleasant and can also make you financially difficult.
And more importantly, you should not gamble all day, there are much more important things.
What do you mean with pay off and why should that be uncomfortable and make financial problems.
First of all it probably depends on the income of your parents.
If the PC is quite in the budget, I would ask if such a thing could be a (single, large) Christmas present, with the help of several relatives who would otherwise give something else. Maybe you can save up to then proportionately of your pocket money as a sign of your participation.
Explain exactly why you think you need the PC and what you can use it for later (school, education).
Alternative: Try to get a small job on the WE, either officially or as an assistance to relatives, parents, neighbors, who will then get paid (and be of real help to these people). It is better to save first and then buy, than to buy the same and then pay off because you do not know what is still in obligations or if you have the monthly money for the installments.

You do not need a gaming PC for Fortnite. Ask your parents how much a PC can cost and if they say that they want to spend money on something like that then you have to somehow work out the money yourself.

You say you can pay it off monthly, then you make an installment. This money is missing you or in this case your parents each month this money. Then imagine that your car will be damaged and your parents will need the money to repair the car. And then it is missing.

If you need a PC right now and have the opportunity to get one now, you should get one too. I would say to my dad that he should buy me a PC and cut off the celebrations and gifts for my whole life, or if I can do anything to get me one right now. Ever wondered if there's a possibility?
Without a PC I would have tried to kill myself much earlier…
