Fortnite has a new session, why does PC have 11GB download and ps4 / Xbox only has 5GB?!

That is logical because the PC is the most expensive. E.g. The graphics, fps and much more.

Steal it from you in a different context, but it's also logical that a PC game is bigger than the same game on the mobile phone.
