Internet crash when i start a game?

If I go into an online game and want to play a round (LoL), Fortnite, Dota Auto Chess) crashes my internet (have no Lan cable use a Fritz w-lan stick) on my old pc was always good, but since then I can't do my new pc anymore.

ps After a few troubleshooting and reconnect it is usually, but then only with a high ping (200-400) which occurs again and again.

Reset your network. In the Windows settings under "Network and Internet / Network Reset" and then reinstall the WLan Stick.
