In fortnite forever on the loading screen and then again in the lobby?

I played fortnite before and I couldn't get in because I was on the screen forever and then came back into the lobby. I wanted to know if this problem is related to my Wi-Fi or if fortnite is to blame. If it is due to the Wi-Fi, I would not be happy if you give me tips for a better connection.
