Use Msi B350m Pro Vdh or B450m Pro Vdh as mainboard, boxed cooler if possible. A used Rx 570 / Rx 580. Case of choice and power supply BeQuiet Pure Power 10. 16GB RAM would be optimal (3000MHz).

That is not true, if you want to copy the individual parts exactly it costs 470 euro, so 50 euro additional work.
