I just checked your laptop online. If you want to play with the fortnite, you have to turn down the settings quite a bit. Then you get to a minimum of 50fps. So you have to decide whether 50 FPS is comfortable for you (with low settings). Otherwise you have to retrofit with an external graphics card.

Not nowadays because I (in my opinion) have too high standards. But I used to play minecraft with a mildew laptop with little FPS. So it's fine
