Shortcuts appear as .url files on the desktop, what can I do?

As soon as I reinstall a game or manually create a link, a (as an example) Fortnite.url file is created that I can't open, can something be changed?

"Nothing"? I almost don't believe you. But if it does: Then you can delete the icon and have to reinstall.

I've already tried everything, uninstalled and reinstalled games, deleted the icon, a .url file appears every time
