If you notice the shaking you should be in the fresh air for 10 minutes and close your eyes and take a deep breath.
If you do not have the time, grape sugar may help.
Do not overdo it is just a game and should be fun and not endanger your health.

I have a three-point plan for you. First, do not play Fortnite anymore. Second, finally sleep on the WE. Third, occasionally dissolve a magnesium effervescent tablet in water and drink. At least the latter is good for the muscles. LG
