Fortnite was never good, is not good, and never will be. There's nothing left to save in the game. A new game would be the solution.

Quite a lot. Weapons would have to come back like heavy shotguns e.g. The Heavy Sniper should deal 150 damage again. Skill match making should be better. Let's see what today's update brings, it should have been fixed with Match Making. Fortnite isn't really fun anymore, game since season 2, but from season 8 onwards it started to get worse from season to season.
The game has been extinct since the beginning of the year… I know that it still has quite a good number of players, but 90% of them feel like only kids. The game will definitely not regain the hype it had 1.5 years ago. The game is mostly completely exhausted and also not understandable for me how you can still play it (I do not go into the argument "because I enjoy it")
