Hello guys I always play Fortnite and before that it was always with Ultra settings around 180 and now only 120 to 130 why I actually installed all drivers the day before yesterday or so because I have the new one

Check the thermal grease on the CPU. Is it still fresh or moist? If it is rather dry, make a new one.
