You have an i7-4790 that's a pretty good and fast CPU!
So you have two options:
1) Sell the old PC, which is worth about 200 EUR (inform the buyer, please, that the CPU cooler must be replaced) and then buy the new PC-800.
2) Repair the old PC. To do this, bring this PC to a store in your city:
You would have to install a new CPU cooler (50 EUR)
Have a case fan installed (15 EUR)
