Nintendo switch fortnite voice channel does not work?

On the picture is saved by parental controls but can't change anything that is since yesterday I downloaded the app to set the password in switch but now the voice chat no longer works and even if I unlink the app nothing works

Deactivate the controls for parents completely in the system settings or account of your switch, then everything should be activated automatically
