Fortnite Wonder Skin Code still redeemable?

I wanted to ask if a Wonder skin code is still redeemable in Fortnite because I really want the skin and would have found a seller who is supposed to still sell Wonder Codes, but I don't know if he wants to scan me, and now ask if such a code could still be redeemed at all?
