Me and my people no longer see the skin that I just selected. So one that I own but not the one I have chosen. Everything is normal in the locker. How can I change this?

It could be that you activated the random order in the locker. You can deactivate them by deactivating the "random order" next to the selection in the locker on the right (default settings - 3rd option).

Activate the random order again and deactivate it again. You may also try briefly restarting the game.
