Can other players in Fortnite see my skin despite skinchanger?

My buddy is currently programming such a skinchanger for fortnite and wanted to give me an account because I wanted to ask if the other players can see my skin?

Apart from the fact that such a program is prohibited and you can be banished, no. The skin is just stored on your PC and nobody will download this file when it gets into a match with you… No.
