How can i remove a skinchanger in fortnite?

I downloaded a skinchanger for Fortnite for fun! As the news comes that the game file has been changed! Therefore I can't start a round! Does anyone have any idea how I can remove the Skinchanger? Would be really mega!

Delete the files from it. Some should have a setup with them.

Thank you very much for the answer! I did this! I deleted every single file! I still have the changed skins in my locker (which is great too, but not when I can't start a round with it)

Then I would just reinstall it
