Are the normal temperatures for a rtx 2070 i7 9700k be quiet dark rock 4, aorus elite

normal temperatures as far as I know are 60 degrees when playing in Fortnite at 70-85 +

can man shrink this by any methods?

The i7 9700k from Intel is known to be very hot. With the Dark Rock Pro 4 you would have a bit cooler temperatures.
