Windows movie maker, then at least the Fortnite quality comes across well
I cut with DaVinci Resolve 16. You need at least 170 FPS in Fortnite on average because the program doesn't run otherwise ^^ by the way, that's serious. Resolve is really powerful
I think Premiere pro is best because I have had a lot of experience with it and it is really good for everything

That's nonsense. Everything runs even at 30 FPS. It's just a matter of attitudes.
It's about DaVinci running, not Fortnite. Well fortnite should also run because otherwise the PC is definitely too bad, but davinci is very powerful and I assume that he is playing on Full HD, so it should be the FPS numbers that I mentioned. If he plays like you say with 30 FPS 4k then that shouldn't be a problem either ^^.
