Does it do anything if I use Fortnite in e.g. 1440 x 1200 instead of 1920 x 1200 games? It seems so, but is it? (Please do not answer as "Fortnite is… Go uninstall it")

It definitely brings more FPS, if making it easier for you is different for everyone, so you have to decide for yourself whether you want it or not.
