Whenever I want to install something at Epic Games, e.g. Fortnite gets the download rate only 200 kbs and sometimes he does not even get anything because he only gets 0kbs. Is that synonymous with you or is it just me and there's a fix?

Maybe it's your internet that is so bad at the time. Close all pages and turn off the WLAN of your mobile phone and then try that

I know something like that from my PC very well. Especially when I download movies. Sometimes I have 3 - 5 Mbit's download speed and sometimes the download crashes completely.
I suspect that this could be a server problem. Or the server is deliberately throttled; why, the gods know that!
