What do you think of the brand clothing trend?

I have often wondered what others think of it that everyone places such value on brands. I personally think that the trend is pretty "sucked" is lmao! I mean, when I see 5-year-old little Fortnite bubis walking around in the streets with Adidas suit and Guccicap haha I can throw myself in the face! I mean WHY?! But also all the girls with their Adidas legins to anywhere else lamo wtf

I personally prefer branded clothes, especially shoes. But I also have 08/15 things.

Ja

I just find it unnecessary most of the clothes are just like a shirt from H&M and we pay the most money for the trademark or brand name.

So I don't really care about shoes, but e.g. Nike and Adidas are sports brands (originally) and therefore I don't understand why you wear something like this in everyday life. (I also have 1 shirt from adidas and only brand shoes, just because they have good qualifications, some of them)

Entirely my opinion!

I think you have to differentiate between mainstream luxury brands LV, Gucci and brands like Hermes, Chloe, Celine and Brioni, the latter brands have a very high price level, but the design and, above all, the quality is right. (Example: My mother has had a Chloe cashmere sweater for 1690 euro for 16 years, which after a lot of wear still looks new.

Whether you count Adidas as a luxury brand is up to you. I think it's more of a mid-price range and if two-year-olds run around with Adidas and Gucci it is the decision of the parents, although I find it a little over the top. Gucci caps are also a popular souvenir from Turkey 😉😂

I like to wear nike shoes, last a long time and optically like them better than others. There are also clothes from manufacturers that do not have to be branded.

So I meant the brand clothing trend just these basic brands and things for which everyone / lots of senseless money throws out the window. I would rather see what is really called fashion on these streets! So all these clothes and outfits from real designers

Be

So when it comes to shoes, I'm also very greedy for brands, but also because they look very good. I like clothes from these 0815 brands

ca

I think every trend will go away at some point, but such "real" designers remain

Gu

Where do you get your clothes from?

bl

I like the look of the sneakers and the feeling when they are worn.

Ba

I buy clothes, shoes, etc. Because I like the part and not because it says XY.

If I'm looking for a simple cardigan and there's just one at Lidl, why should I spend 10 times for the same quality? Yes, I would have the money, but it is simply unnecessary.

I also have some branded clothes of different price categories, but because I liked the piece myself. Recently I bought a Hollister dress, where a friend said that it was stupid because the label was only on the inside of the label, not even the gull was visible anywhere. I bought it anyway because I think it's nice, the fabric was super soft and comfortable and it looked good on me.

I also do not see one for a T-shirt where the brand is only bold to pay 25 euro or more, as with the Levis trend some time ago. Personally, I don't think that's nice, so I don't buy and wear it.

You don't have to follow every trend…
