It all depends on your budget. From 800 euro but is already a relatively useful gaming machine to get (if you can use something again, is synonymous less).
In general, I advise to self-built, because you so much less pay and also have other benefits. And there's actually no excuse, that creates even a layman with the right guidance and some research.
If you do not want to build yourself, then you can look at hardwarerat.de. There are quite inexpensive complete systems.
With graphics card and processor I recommend AMD (GraKa: RX590 or better, CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 or better). RAM should you have at least 8GB DDR4 in it with at least 2600 MHz.
The rest is not that important for gaming.
But I can only say again: Build yourself a computer! It's fun and you can learn something here.
