YouTube strike or worse?

I'm a smaller YouTuber who often uploads Fortnite montages with music. I usually use some music that I like / fits. I never paid attention to copyright or anything else because I have no idea about it. When I go to my YT channel and the YT studio overview, some videos say "Copyright infringement complaint". What does this mean and how do I have to act? Can there be legal consequences?

thank you in advance

(Please no answers like: "You should have dealt with that or have a look yourself"!)

I doubt that there will be a strike or legal consequences because you are still a small channel and pack the music under a video and don't just upload it, but I would upload the videos again with other music instead, because you don't have any Have rights to the music and this will cause certain problems in the future, your videos have been claimed, so the rights holder could have the videos blocked or claim all advertising revenue, if any, for himself.

The use of copyrighted music can of course lead to costs. If you do not pay for them, you can be warned for a fee. Not paying attention to copyright is therefore a pretty bad idea. That you are a "little" Youtuber may not be of help.

Yes, it can have legal ramifications, which can sometimes result in significant costs.

You don't want to hear the answer "look yourself"? Well, you are the one who will have the trouble and the expense. So I would strongly advise you to do some research yourself. Google explains all the necessary details quickly and comprehensively:

You can only take music for something that is free or license-free. For licensed music you have to buy a license to use it.
