Can you theoretically upload a Fortnite gameplay on yt without getting a copyright strike?

Fortnite? You are the author or have the rights to it? What is in the terms and conditions? Can you use it for your purposes and upload it to the net?

There's copyright on your gameplay and on the game, theoretically nothing should happen but "soon" is indeed Article 17

The copyright is the US version of the copyright. In contrast to the authorship rules in Germany, the main focus of copyright is on commercial exploitation.
