Bad ping only in Rocket League - for 3 days?

So I've had a ping in every round for 3 days. It is nowhere else (Fortnite, Cod, etc.) so why is that and how can I fix it? It can't be because of my internet because it works perfectly everywhere else so please no unnecessary answers!

can have many reasons besides your internet, e.g. If the port used by the Rocket League is slowed down by your internal firewall or the path your computer takes to the Rocket League server is bad or busy. As I said, it can be due to many.

First trace the Rocket League game server. If you already have a high MS, the rest is unnecessary. If the trace works and the time does not exceed 20 ms, you can next look at the port the game is using.
