Is there a good gaming PC for around 500 euro
Should be able to play games like fortnite gta and phasmophobia fluently
(I was asked for help but I can't find anything good and so good, I don't know about it)

Well for Phasmophonia and Fortnite it will probably be enough, but you won't be able to play any of those on good settings properly with mt 500
I don't care but prefer to be finished
For 60 FPS, 600 euro is enough to be sure

It depends on what and, above all, in which details and which resolution is played.
I'll put it this way. Up to 500 euro are usually the most difficult configurations. You shouldn't expect any high-end miracles. Unless you use used goods.

I still have n older GTX 970 and a 960 4gb lying around here so theoretically I could leave out the 1650 and install one of those doer?
Then take the 970, because it scores better than the 1650 in many games. We're talking about 20-23% more performance. And yes. You can leave out the 1650 for this. I would take the 2600X though. Because this comes with a little more performance per core and you can always take that with you, as many games are still not multi-core optimized.
