Fortnite graphics settings are reset?

Yesterday I took over the Fortnite Settings from a YouTuber and saved them but when I closed Fortnite and wanted to play again in the evening the graphics settings were gone but the key assignments and still there.

This is because you have in the FortniteGame folder of your settings still read-only inside.

Because of Streched then probably.

You can't just take over any graphics settings Your system can't do that. The Youtuber will probably have a lot better Pc than you, and that's why they backed down
