Well. Most of the time, when a microphone / headset is rustling, it's because it's not good enough.
That means if you want to fix it you would have to buy a new one.
I could definitely recommend the Auna mic 900b.
I have this microphone myself and I'm extremely satisfied with it.

Your mic should be deprived
If it smokes, I would throw it away immediately! And if there's noise, the mic is probably not good. If it starts to rustle when you start to speak then there's also a gate active that regulates your tone if you don't say anything and only opens when you say something. However, this still means that the microphone is not good.
