Solution for Fortnitebug (open box, heal)?

I can't open boxes at Fortnite or heal my teammates.

I have already tried to change the key assignment, but was unsuccessful.

When I press the heal button, it dissolves, as if I hadn't pressed it.

Does anyone know the solution to this problem?

I uninstalled the game once and then I went back.
