Fortnite has been banned from the AppStore and Google Play Store.
Honestly, Fortnite isn't a bad game in and of itself. Only the community sucks
I don't like the game, but why was the game removed?
You could also have removed all purchases made in the app if that bothered most of them.
In principle, I don't care at all… What does it matter to me when people want to play this on their cell phones?
But can Google and Apple fully understand that they took this step. Epic Games just can't do what it wants.
I think EpicGames had a fight with the App Store about some copyright story
Epic Games has introduced a feature through which players can buy vbucks for less. That violated Apple guidelines
I took a quick look at it.
Apparently, epic tried to claim the 30% fee from Apple by introducing a new unauthorized payment system.
Hmm… Sounds like epic doesn't want to share any of the cake.
So, at least from my point of view, the expulsion is understandable, although I quickly skimmed through only one article and therefore can't assess it correctly.
I don't like Fortnite but I absolutely don't care.
You can still play it on Android anyway, you just have to have Nvidia geeforce now
I don't like the way Apple in particular uses its power with the App Store. Sure, Fortnite can't please, but I find it a bit extortionate if, for example, Spotify has to pay 30% of the subscription fees to Apple if the subscription was made via an iPhone, while Apple itself can of course keep all Apple Music income.
Well, if you consider that Apple gets 30% of the InApp purchases from all apps in the Appstore, it's pretty understandable. Now everyone does their own thing, so it fits
Or download the game on the Fortnite site
