I have a friend who plays valorant. So I asked her if she also played r6. She said she shouldn't. I then asked why she was allowed to play valorant. "It's because of the realistic graphics". Sure, it's her parents, but where's the damn logic? A shooter is a shooter. Even if it is fortnite. So where is the meaning and logic behind it?
Ask the parents and not us
Tom & Jerry is not Friday the 13th
It is simply the case that violence, when it is exaggerated and not realistic, has an abstract effect and triggers less empathic reactions in us.
The premise that shooter is the same as shooter is not correct.
What age are we talking about?
Of course, the graphics (especially the realism content) make a difference. Chat is now the most dangerous in many games, but who cares…
You are obviously too young for the games and if the parents say so, it is so. I think it's very good that they have an overview at all.
So I'm 14 and gamble r6 and she is 14 and gambles valorant but may not r6 because it's too realistic. (Although that's technically not true. And that's how I understood it)
Aha. So in your opinion we're too small to play a shooter and because we do it our parents are irresponsible and have no overview of their children. You've known me for years.
My question was where the parents' purpose was, and not why they forbid it. Thinking would be good too.
Mhhm, you are putting it all to me now. I really don't think it's okay.
I clearly said that the realism argument makes sense. And I did not say that you are small, but that your parents can forbid you if they think that it is not beneficial for you. Or for any other reason. Or for no reason.
Clearly, a rallyistic depiction of violence has a different effect than> PengPeng
From a technical point of view?
Technically, yes. Not from the graphics. Technically it is not realistic (all the gadgets logic, etc.)
Ahh, the game content.
But there's also a difference between magicians and "a drone would work a little differently in reality".
I find the one realistic and the other far away ^^
It's about the realistic representation, not about real content.
Ultimately, the parents decide. In my opinion, their reasoning is nonsensical, since it doesn't really matter in which game I ultimately kill virtual opponents. But if the parents think that the R6S is too realistic, that's their decision and you have to live with it. Point.
With your parents something seems to go completely off track. Both games are not age-appropriate and you have no business there.
See? That is an answer. Not "ask the parents and not us" I my wtf
You shouldn't throw yourself around with terms you don't even know the meaning of. A game from 16 or even 18 is nothing for children from 14 and if your parents don't look over it, things will go wrong for you at home.
