How much Mbit / s for FUll HD recording?

If I want to exempt Fortnite in Full HD how much Mbit / S should I at least set?

6MBit / s are sufficient for streaming in 1080p, 15MBit / s - 20MBit / s for recording. Fortnite is more like 20 because there's a lot going on.
