I wanted to sign up for Epic Games with Google on 24.12.18, so I did. However, somehow I created a new account and whenever I try to sign in I come to the new account. I wrote to Epic Games Support, but did not get an answer. What can I do there?
First contact the support and then look further

I've also written to the support before. It takes a while. If no answer at all, just write cover letter again.

Then stay probably only two ways, wait for an answer or write again until they answer
