Sell Fortnite account but without an Epic games account?

Does anyone know how to sell your Fortnite account without selling your epic games account? And how does it work with the email?

So firstly you are not allowed to sell the account at all.

Second, you would of course have to sell your Epic games account as it is connected to your Fortnite account.

Thirdly, I would create a new email, change the account to this email, and then sell the password of this email account with the epic games account. This way your buyer will never know your email address.
