I'm selling several fortnite accounts on ebay but they are being deleted all the time because of copyright, what can I do about it.

Nothing, you have to accept it because it's against the rules. Just leave it before your whole profile is locked.

You can't sell fortnite accounts on eBay according to the ToS, so you have to accept it unfortunately.
