My brother has that too. I then reported to support and said that he did not register at the beginning of the game and did not have an email address or one for fortnite. It may be the same with you
I know that had a solution too. You have to log in with your platform account, i.e. Your switch account with Epic. Then you have to go to a new account and your switch account will then be verified with the Epickonto. Then you can enter your email and password. I also did where I wanted to set up the 2FA.
