Headache stressful gamble?

I play very stressful games, Fortnite, and have been downloaded from Steam Bear Party Adventure for a few days. I have a headache even though I only played this game for half an hour to an hour, now as I said I have a headache, what can I do about it, which helps IMMEDIATELY?

Immediately a headache pill would help as already said aspirin or ibuprofen.

So I would gamble less a few days, and if you gamble and get a headache, it is best to take a pill and get advice from a doctor or something.
