Fortnite on switch and?

I just wanted to download Fortnite on the switch, but there's a purchase (which means acquired) though it is not. Can someone please help me.

Is "bought" because you select it in the Nintendo E-shop and also in the menu of your profile, but the game itself does not exist on your console?
