My parents say I'm addicted, is that right?

I (m 14) like to play fortnite and now want to gamble more because I play only 1 hour 30 minutes during the week and 3 hours at the weekend.

My parents think I'm addicted.

But I have a lot of friends and I meet them, play football in the club and I'm a "nerd" in my class at high school.

Am I really addicted if instead of 1.5 hours now I want to work 2 hours a week in the weekend instead of 3, 4 hours? Plus 2 hours on the mobile per day.

It could be an indication that you always want more time for it. Two hours a week is still relatively low and has no addiction, as long as you do not let your thinking revolve around it.

I would reduce the phone time to 1:30 and stay at 1:50 a week. At the weekend I would not exaggerate

Your parents are also working 8 hours a day! Mostly you are addicted to it?

When I was younger, I've always gambled something, during the holidays sometimes two to three days through. So you can't be worried.
