Extreme ping variation Fortnite?

I've had extreme pinging in Fortnite for about 2 months now.

This looks like this: I have about a 30's ping for 10-30 seconds until it then jumps to about 300-360ms for about 5 seconds. This happens with an extremely high regularity. This does not make playing possible. On Google and Youtube I can't find a solution to this problem. Does anyone have any idea?

I used WLAN (LAN is not possible, but it worked in front of synonymous) and play on Win 10th At the router or similar nothing was changed.

Do you have these problems in other games or on the internet?

No, I tried Fortnite on the phone, everything is working normally. Otherwise no inconvenience.

Fortnite currently has some big problems with the ping, so it may be that it's not your fault
