Can someone put together a good gaming PC for 800-850 euro?

I hope for advice because I'm not an expert

It should have 144FPS in Fortnite and run well on all kinds of games. And I have never assembled one myself or had one so simple as possible. And there should be RGB lighting in it so it should look cool
