Are you sure the card is still okay? Have you ever checked for stability? (FurMark! Or Superposition Benchmark)
Apparently your driver was shot up violently, have a look in the Windows event viewer, the errors are listed there.
(Since you write "Driver NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970", I deduce that you are not that PC geek)
But all other games just don't go fortnite

The GTX 970 has to go to Fortnite normally, the card is not that old. Say the problem must come from your card or the driver. Have you ever completely uninstalled and reinstalled the driver with DDU?

That's strange, Fortnite is a very compatible and optimized game. The other games may be running because they do not access certain features of the card.
Look again in the event viewer what is there.
