I just made the new Fortnite update. When I wanted to play it again, I suddenly had only 1 fps. I have a bad graphics card and usually only 60 fps. But now suddenly 1 fps, which is not playable. Can anyone help me?

Ok, what are the temperatures like? All drivers up to date? Laptop restarted yet? What about other games? And yes I read that it was after an update from Fortnite, but sometimes several things happen to happen at the same time.
