There's still no more precise data to be able to make a correct statement here. However, I would tend to System 1 here. It is significantly cheaper and has comparable performance (RAM is identical and graphics card is almost equally good). The processor is also better depending on the situation.
The first PC has a b360m mainboard and the second a b450 both have an ssd
