Games lag and jerk?

I have a completely normal system:

-GTX 1070

-AMD Ryzen 3 3200G

But I can't play certain games, for example Warzone is not playable at all. And e.g. Fortnite and Dead by Daylight sometimes stutter, among other things when shooting it doesn't come across smoothly. The game jerks every now and then or my picture rarely stops for 5 seconds. I haven't had a clue what to do about it for months.

The drivers are up to date.

I would try to update the drivers. Either search for the drivers manually or simply update everything with Driver Booster or something like that.

Warzone is really a demanding game for your system.

But the drivers are up-to-date and warzone is really hardly anything running on low settings with a gtx 1070 lagging and it jerks so extremely that you can't even play that is definitely not normal

Download HWMonitor and see if your graphics card is 100% busy!
